An Oneida County man was arrested for possessing child porn Thursday.
TABERG, ONEIDA COUNTY -- Police say 53 year-old, Phillip W. Becktoft, was arrested on four counts of possessing obscene sexual performance by a child.
The New York State Police Computer Crimes Unit executed a search warrant in July 2011 at a residence located at 9887 Florence Road in the Town of Taberg, Oneida County.
Members of the State Police BCI, United States Marshals Service, and the United States Secret Service seized various amounts of evidence resulting in the arrest of Becktoft.
Becktoft was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Annsville Court later this month.
