Hastings man charged with raping two girls

SCRIBA, OSWEGO CO. -- A Hastings man is charged with raping two girls.

27-year-old Ronald Fortino, of 173 Ball Rd., is accused of having a sexual relationship with two girls on separate occasions. One of the girls was younger than 18, the other was younger than 16-years-old.

He is charged with rape, a felony stemming from an investigation by Oswego County Sheriff's deputies.

Fortino was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and send to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bail bond.
