MANLIUS -- Manlius police have arrested and charged a teenager in a double stabbing.

The stabbing happened around 1am Saturday on the 7100 block of Manlius Center Road.

Police say 17-year-old Kevin Ranzinger of Syracuse was charged with two counts of assault and one count of criminal possession of a weapon. Police say Ranzinger was arraigned before the Town of Manlius Justice Court and held on $50,000 bail.

The two victims, according to police, are both 17 and listed in stable condition. Police did not release those names.
