A one car crash in Salina just after midnight Sunday has killed a Syracuse man.

Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies say 22 year old Justin Taylor was on Route 11 southbound at Brookfield Road, in Salina, about 12:20 Sunday morning, when he lost control, slid sideways  over the curb and hit a street sign and light pole.  The Sunrise Terrace (Syracuse) resident was dead at the scene.

Deputies say the posted speed limit was 35mph, and investigators think speed was a contributing factor.  The accident remains under investigation.
