SYRACUSE -- Syracuse Police are on the lookout for two men accused of robbing a home in the city Sunday night.

Police say around 8:55 p.m. an unidentified man answered a knock at his apartment door at 1313 Butternut Street, thinking it was one of his friends. When the door opened two suspects reportedly forced their way inside the residence, then stole a wallet, cash, and two cartons of cigarettes. Police say the suspects then left on foot, but the victim could not say which way.

No injuries were reported as a result of the incident. Police did not indicate if a weapon was shown.

The suspects are described as a white male and a male of unknown race, both wearing all black clothing and ski masks. Police say their investigation into the case is ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact the Syracuse Police Department at 315-442-5222. All calls will be kept confidential.
