GRANBY, OSWEGO CO. -- A Fulton man was arrested after allegedly threatening to cut off a woman's head.
Police say 53-year-old William Somers allegedly put a kitchen knife to a woman's neck and threatened to cut her head off.
Somers was arrested for menacing after the incident at his home.
Police say he was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and released on his own recognizance.
