AUBURN -- Police in Auburn say a missing teenager has been found unharmed.

Officers say 15-year-old Shameka Miles was reported missing Tuesday morning. She had been walking with her aunt's two young children to the Red Apple Kwik Fill at 302 E. Genesee St. At that store, witnesses saw her talking with a man. He then joined their walk, continuing on E. Genesee St.

The children say Miles brought them home to Parker Street, then told them to go inside and lock the doors. They say Miles kept walking with the man. Police have talked with the man she was seen with. He told officers he and miles walked away in different directions.

Miles' aunt did get a call from the teen yesterday afternoon, asking to be picked up at the Kwik Fill at 134 State Street. However, Miles was not there when her aunt got there, and hasn't made any communication since.
