GENEVA -- A Geneva man is facing charges in a drug trafficking investigation.
Seneca County Sheriff's Deputies say 19-year-old Dylan Slack, of 518 Yale Station Street, had several illegal drugs with the intent to sell them.
On Tuesday, members of the Narcotics Division, Criminal Investigation Division, Uniform Road Patrol, New York State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team and Seneca County Probation executed a search warrant at Slack's home. Authorities say they found methamphetamine, oxycodone and clonazepam. Police also seized money, plastic baggies commonly used in the packaging and trafficking of illicit drugs, scales, hypodermic needles, fireworks and a small amount of marijuana.
Investigators say Slack also had the drugs while living with a child and sold drugs on two separate occasions.
Slack is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawfully dealing with a child. He was arraigned in Fayette Town Court and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $7,500 cash bail or $15,000 secured bond. He is scheduled to be back in court on March 2.
