He'w in serious condition at SUNY Upstate

A man  hurt in a snowmobile accident in Lewis County early Sunday morning has now been transferred to SUNY Upstate for treatment.

45 year old Philip Kubinski, from Lee Road in Turin, was riding in a fied of Gardner Road in Martinsburg just after midnight.  Sheriff's deputies say he missed the trail through a tree line, hit a tree and was ejected from his 2003 Ski-Do. 
Kubinski was taken to St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Utica, but is now being treated at SUNY Upstate, where at late morning he was in serious condition.

Lewis County Sheriff's Deputies continue their investigation into the crash.
