UTICA -- A Utica man was arrested by the Utica Police Department for the 14th time since 2001 on Thursday.

Police in Utica say they received information that 35-year-old Joaquin Delrio was selling marijuana to juveniles and a number of people were seen coming and going from his residence at all times of the day.

Police executed a search warrant at 3 Augar Place and arrested Delrio for criminal possession of marijuana in the fifth degree.

Police say Delrio allegedly possessed 40 bags of marijuana.
