WATERLOO, SENECA CO. -- A Waterloo man is accused of having a sexual relationship with a teenager.

21-year-old Casey Johnston, of 335 Waterloo-Geneva Road, is charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.

Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say he had a sexual relationship with a girl under the age of 17.

Johnston was arraigned in Waterloo Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to be back in court on Thursday.
