JUNIUS -- A Newark man was arrested for allegedly selling crack cocaine in front of 3-year-old.

Wessam Baroudi, 35, was arrested following a police investigation into the sale of crack cocaine sales in the Town of Junius.

Police say Baroudi allegedly sold crack cocaine at a Town of Junius business in December in the presence of a 3-year-old child.

Police charged Baroudi with criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child.

Baroudi was arraigned in the Junius Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 secured bond. Baroudi is scheduled to reappear in the Junius Town Court later this month.
