PALMYRA -- Two people from Palmyra are accused of giving a 10-year-old access to drug paraphernalia.

State police arrested 35-year-old Bobbie Jo Watkins and 23-year-old Christopher Foreman, of 2880 Macedon Center Road, Lot 18, on child endangerment charges.

Police say they allowed a 10-year-old access to drug paraphernalia in their home.

Both Watkins and Foreman were released on appearance tickets. They are scheduled to appear in Palmyra Town Court on April 4.

The Wayne County Child Protective Services assisted with the investigation.
