UTICA -- Utica police found glass cleaner in a car during a traffic stop and say the Clarks Mills driver admitted to using it to get high.
Police pulled over 20-year-old Ryan Cobb, of Middle Street, in the area of Lincoln Avenue and Cottage Place. During the traffic stop, police noticed an unopened can of glass cleaner in the car.
Police say Cobb told them he sniffs the glass cleaner to get high. Police say they also found a Loratab pill and a straw inside a cigarette box. Loratab is used to treat pain. Cobb allegedly told officers he crushes it up and snorts it.
Cobb is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a controlled substance not in its original container and several traffic violations.
