OSWEGO -- Police in Oswego are looking for more illegal guns after finding one in an apartment.

Officers say they searched 20-year-old Nicholas Ferlito's home on County Route 53 in January as part of a separate investigation. They found a sawed-off shotgun, along with homemade silencers and two other long guns.

Ferlito was arrested Wednesday and now faces two weapons charges.

Police are also asking for tips on other illegal guns in the city. If you have any information, call the police department at (315) 342-8120. You can also use the anonymous tips line at (315) 342-8131, or email crimewatch@oswegony.org.
