NEW HARTFORD -- Oneida County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a welfare check at a home on Cascade Drive in the Town of New Hartford on Sunday.
Deputies say a person then barricaded himselh inside the home.
The suspect was eventually taken into custody without incident.
Deputies plan to release more information at a new conferences at 9:00am.
