BUFFALO (AP) -- Authorities say a gorilla got lose at the Buffalo Zoo Monday morning.
According to NBC News, the gorilla was tranquilized and returned to it's enclosure.
The reports say police locked down the area around the zoo. Authorities tell the stations that the animal isn't a danger to employees or patrons.
Messages left with the zoo's media relations office weren't immediately returned Monday.
No other details were available.
