OSWEGO -- Investigators are still looking into a fire that broke out at an Oswego apartment house.

The fire started just before 4 p.m. Monday at 157 West 3rd Street. When crews arrived, they found smoke, fire and water damage in an upstairs apartment.

The building is believed to house 12 apartments. Some people were home at the time and were able to make it out safely.

Fire investigators say the cause appears to be electrical, but it's still under investigation.
