A flight has been found to take Bryona Wiler to Pittsburgh. Since our story aired, we have received a large response from pilots offering their services. Patient Airlift Services, a company based in Long Island, NY, was able to secure a flight for Wiler. The company put out a call for help, and within about 10 minutes, five of their pilots responded. A pilot will meet the family in Ithaca and fly them out tonight.

A local mother is asking for help getting her child medical care she desperately needs.
Alicia Wiler says her 12-year-old daughter Bryona Wiler need to fly from somewhere near Union Springs in Cayuga County to Pittsburgh by tomorrow morning.
Bryona has cystic fibrosis and needs to go to this appointment to get on the list for a double lung transplant.
The Wilers tried to go through Angel Flight but, that plan fell through because they were unable to find a plane that could carry Bryona's medical equipment, and get her to Pittsburgh and back in time.
The Wilers now hope somebody with a plane can fly them to Pittsburgh by tomorrow morning.
The family cannot drive because of Bryona's medical needs.
A spokesperson for Angel Flight says the volunteer organization can not assign pilots because all are volunteers.
The spokesperson says the company provides 100 flights per week in the northeast and unfortunately in this case they were not able to accommodate the Wilers.
The family says the appointment in Pittsburgh could save Bryona's life and they are hoping someone will step forward.
