Syracuse teen stabbed during argument, police searching for suspect

SYRACUSE -- A Syracuse teen was stabbed during an argument Wednesday night.

Keyonna Slater, 18, was allegedly stabbed by a 27-year-old woman during an argument.

Police say it happened in the 600 block of Gifford Street around 8:55pm.

Slater was stabbed in the top of her head and her right shoulder. The injuries were non-life threatening.

Police say they are searching for the suspect. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Syracuse Police Department at 315-442-5222.
