RICHLAND, OSWEGO CO. -- Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say an Altmar man was driving with a revoked license when he hit a pedestrian, pinning him between two cars.

51-year-old Dwayne LeBlanc, of 16 Eldred Road, is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Deputies say LeBlanc was behind the wheel of a 2005 Chevrolet in a private driveway at 4053 US Rt. 11 in the Town of Richland when he hit 30-year-old Jeremy Gross, pinning him between two cars.

LeBlanc is scheduled to appear in the Town of Richland Court on April 5.

His license was revoked in 1991 for drunk driving and again in 1998 for drunk driving. It was suspended and revoked several other times through 2002 as well.
