SYRACUSE -- A Syracuse man was indicted by an Onondaga County grand jury on murder charges.

29-year-old Josue "Suave" Gonzalez, of Craddock Street, was indicted on charges of second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. He is accused of killing 32-year-old Angel Olmo on August 20, 2011.

Almo was gunned down in the parking lot of 631 South Geddes Street. He was shot multiple times. Gonzalez later surrendered to police.
