TYRE, SENECA CO. (AP) -- State police say a road rage incident on the Thruway in Central New York has resulted in charges against a suburban Albany woman.
Troopers say 32-year-old Danielle Barker of Guilderland was a passenger in a car that was being followed closely by another vehicle in the left lane of Interstate 90 on Saturday in the Seneca County town of Tyre.
Police say Barker tossed a cup of coffee at the other vehicle and it went through the partially opened window.
Troopers on the Thruway detail charged Barker with criminal mischief and harassment. The driver of the other vehicle was charged with following too closely.
Barker was released and ordered to appear in Tyre Town Court on Wednesday.
