GRANBY -- 23-year-old Anthony Cartner was arrested twice on Monday, March 19.

Police say Cartner was first arrested in Granby where he allegedly kicked a motorcycle during an argument.

About an hour later, Cartner was arrested again for allegedly throwing his cell phone at a passing car as he was walking down CR-3 in Granby. The phone reportedly caused damage to the roof and windshield of the car.

Cartner was issued appearance tickets for both incidents and will appear in court next month.
