SYRACUSE -- The New York Republican Party primary is April 24.
To be eligible to vote in the 2012 primary election, voter applications must be post marked by Friday, March 30.
The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot by mail is April 17. Applications are available in person at the Board of Elections until 5:00pm on April 23.
