CICERO -- A Cicero man is accused of stabbing his uncle.

It happened around 4 p.m. Thursday at 7007 Lakeshore Road. Cicero police arrived on the scene and found 46-year-old Robert Rydelek, of Bridgeport, in the bathroom with stab wounds to his back and right hand. He was taken to Upstate University Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police say he Rydelek got into a fight with his nephew, 19-year-old Eric Albro. During the fight, police say Albro pulled a knife from his pants and stabbed Rydelek.

Albro is charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned and sent to the Justice Center on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
