LITTLE FALLS, HERKIMER CO. -- A Little Falls man was arrested for promoting and possessing child porn.
State Police and the US Marshalls Office carried out a search warrant Tuesday at
592 Burrell Road in Little Falls after a month long investigation.
Police seized several electronic devices containing child pornography during the search.
As a result of the search, police arrested 48-year-old Mark W. Christensen for promoting and possessing child pornography. Both charges are felonies.
Christensen was arraigned in the Town of Manheim and remanded to the Herkimer County Jail in lieu of $5000 bail.
The investigation is continuing and further charges are pending.
