OSWEGO CO. -- An Altmar man is accused of driving drunk and high on drugs.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 50-year-old Gary Riley, of 1978 Mexico Street, was driving erratically on SR 104 around 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Deputies say he was crossing hazardous road markings and turning into oncoming traffic after signaling to turn left from SR 104 onto CR 22.

He is charged with failed to yield the right of way, driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired by drugs.

Riley is scheduled to appear in Albion Town Court on April 16.
