PHOENIX, OSWEGO CO. -- A Phoenix man is accused of sexually abusing a child.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 20-year-old Ryan Homer, of 24 Cherry Street, had sexual contact with a boy younger than 14. They say it happened in the Village of Phoenix in March.

He is charged with sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.

Homer was issued appearance tickets and released. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court on April 18.
