JUNIUS PONDS -- Police arrested 29-year-old Justin Brown, of Henrietta, for DWI after receiving a tip from a toll collector Friday.

Police say they received a call from a toll collector at Junius Ponds reporting a possible drunk driver entering the highway at the Manchester interchange.

Troopers located the car and noticed it was unable to stay in one lane. Troopers say they then pulled the vehicle over.

While stopped, Brown backed up and hit the police car.

Brown refused to submit to a chemical test to determine his BAC.

Brown was arraigned in the Town of Farmington court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $500 bail.
