PAMELIA, JEFFERSON CO. -- A North Country man is accused of sexually assaulting a child.
64-year-old Gary Woodside, of 155 Leray Street in Black River, is charged with predatory sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
State police say Woodside engaged in oral sexual conduct with a girl under the age of 13. Police say it happened between the summer of 2011 and through March 2012 in the Town of Pamelia in Jefferson County.
Woodside was arraigned in the Village of Glen Park Court and sent to the Jefferson County Jail without bail.
