SYRACUSE -- Police have made an arrest in the murder of 18-year-old Myquan Lawrence.
The teen was shot and killed last week in a drive-by shooting along East Fayette Street in Syracuse, in front of the Greenale Market.
Detectives say 21-year-old Mark McMullen, with his mother, turned himself in to the Public Safety Building Thursday night.
Investigators questioned McMullen before arresting him and charging him with second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say they received information from witnesses that helped them with their case.
