PHOENIX, OSWEGO CO. -- A Phoenix man is accused of having sexual contact with two boys under the age of 17.
20-year-old Ryan Homer is charged with sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say Homer engaged in sexual contact with one victim during April 2009 and the summer of 2011 and with another victim during the summer of 2011 in the Village of Phoenix.
Homer was arraigned in Schroeppel Town Court and sent the jail without bail. He is scheduled to be back in court tomorrow.
This isn't Homer's first run-in with the law. He was arrested earlier this month and charged with having sexual contact with a boy younger than 14 in the Village of Phoneix in March.
