CARTHAGE, JEFFERSON CO. -- A man is behind bars in Jefferson County for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl.
38-year-old David Murdock, of Natural Bridge, is charged with first degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
State Police say he had forcibly sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old girl.
Murdock was arraigned in the Village of Carthage Court and sent to the Jefferson County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 bond.
