ALTMAR, OSWEGO CO. -- An Altmar man is accused of driving drunk and flipping his car.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 34-year-old Michael Lacelle, of 197 Durgee Road, lost control of his 2001 Chrysler suburban on Durgee Road just after 1 p.m. Friday. They say he veered off the side of the road about a quarter mile north of CR 30, flipped over.
