RICHLAND -- The Oswego County Sheriff's Office has located Cassandra "Sandy" Phillips, 36, who had been missing since last Friday.

Phillips was located Tuesday morning by driver who stopped to assist Phillips as she was walking alone in the rain. She was walking along CR 28 near Fernwood Road in the Town of Richland, about four miles from where her car was found early Monday morning.

The driver contacted the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office who identified the woman as Phillips.

Police say Phillips is in good health and was taken to the Oswego Hospital for an assessment.
