UTICA -- Utica Police are asking for your help locating a Utica man who allegedly lead police on a chase last week, and injured his passengers when he crashed his car.

Police say Henry Lumpkin, 22, was stopped for speeding on State Route 12 in Utica when he sped off, leading troopers on a chase. Lumpkin lost control of his car, flipping it over, and injuring his two passengers. Then, they say, he took off on foot.

Lumpkin is charged with reckless endangerment, two counts of assault, and unlawfully fleeing a police officer.

Lumpkin is 5'10" and weighs about 160 lbs. He is black with brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo of a star on his neck and one of a cross on his left forearm.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Utica Police Department at 223-3582 or 735-3301 All calls will be kept confidential.
