SCHROEPPEL -- Police say 48-year-old Joseph McMullen, of Altmar, was arrested following an investigation into a November 2009 incident at the Oswego County Waste Facility in the Town of Richland.

Police say a safe containing cash, punch cards, and residential hauler stickers were stolen. The stolen items had a value of over $11,000.

McMullen was arraigned in The Town of Schroeppel Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail without bail.
