More than 600 people helped support the localRonald McDonald House Thursday night.
It was the 4th annual Bella Casa Fashion Show at the Holiday Inn in Liverpool. Some of the hottest fashions were for sale from well known stores in Central New York. They were all on display for the good cause as local celebrity models strutted their stuff on the runway. CNY Central was a proud sponsor and news anchor Lisa Spitz was one of the models, she was there with our President and General Manager Chris Geiger.
This is one of the Ronald McDonald's biggest fundraisers in the area. Right now, construction on the brand new Ronald McDonald house to serve families of ill children is well underway on East Genesee Street in Syracuse. The charity provides a "home away from home" for families whose children are hospitalized with serious illnesses or injuries.
