DEWITT -- Just two months after it first went on the market, the former home of fired Syracuse basketball coach Bernie Fine is now on the market for less money. Originally priced at $549,900, the current listing indicates the price is down by $50,000.
The home, located at 7001 Tiffany Circle, is 2,898 square feet and went on the market in March. Fine and his wife Laurie bought the property for $285,000 in 2001.
Head basketball coach Jim Boehiem and his wife Juli live across the street.
Fine is accused by two men who say they were sexually abused by him when they were ballboys. Federal investigators have yet to close the case, there have been no charges and Fine has denied the allegations.
