SYRACUSE -- A man accused of murdering two people and injuring a third while high on "water" has been found guilty on all counts.

Martinous Hudson, 28, was charged with murder in the shooting deaths of Lavonna Hamilton, 17, and Maurice Miller, 24. He also shot and injured Eric Bellamy, 24, according to police.

Hudson was high on a drug known as "water" at the time of the shooting in August 2011, according to police. "Water" is a term used to describe marijuana dipped in either embalming fluid or PCP.

Hudson and the others were all in a van on West Glen Avenue in Syracuse when three were shot. Hudson had told police Bellamy was the shooter, but a jury did not agree with his story.

Police say Hudson and his friends were driving in a car on West Glen Street back in August 2010 when he suddenly began ranting incoherently about the devil.

Drug experts say a person high on "water" often becomes violent and experiences demonic visions.
