SYRACUSE -- A man was rushed to the hospital after being stabbed in the chest.

Police say it happened around 10:25 p.m. Thursday at the Toomey Abbott apartment building at 1207 Almond Street. The victim was taken to Upstate University Hospital and is listed in serious condition.

Police say they have a suspect.
