SYRACUSE -- Syracuse police are investigating a shooting.
It happened around 8:05 pm Saturday at South and Richland Avenues. Police say the victim 23-year-old Joshua Scott of Syracuse, was walking when he was hit by a bullet in his thigh. Scott called 911 and got a ride to the hospital in a private car.
