WATERTOWN (AP) -- Authorities say the death of a woman who fell from a moving vehicle in northern New York was an accident.

The Watertown Daily Times reports that city police have no indication 24-year-old Angela Perdue intended to kill herself, but she did get out voluntarily. Police didn't release any other details.

The Watertown woman suffered a fatal head injury when she hit the pavement on the evening of April 29.

The driver is facing an unlicensed operation charge.
