PHOENIX -- Police arrested 17-year-old Taylor W. Sitts, of Phoenix, following an investigation into an incident that happened on May 18 in the Village of Phoenix.

Police say Sitts allegedly participated in breaking into a home with the intent to steal, but was scared off by the homeowner.

Sitts is charged with second degree burglary and fourth degree conspiracy, both felonies.

Sitts was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
