Madison County Landfill

SULLIVAN -- A worker at the Madison County Landfill escaped serious injury in an industrial accident.
It happened at the landfill in the Town of Sullivan, outside Chittenango, shortly after 10 o'clock Tuesday morning. Madison County 911 dispatchers say a man's foot was caught in a piece of machinery.
County officials say there were no serious injuries, but the worker was taken to the hospital.
