SYRACUSE -- A Syracuse lawyer is in trouble with the law.

Ezequiel Neuman, 51, is accused of trying to bribe a witness. Prosecutors say he tried to pay a witness $50,000 for him not to cooperate with authorities during the prosecution of Emilier Carrasquillo-Fuentes. Carrasquillo-Fuentes is accused of killing Louis Quinones in a shooting outside a Mobil gas station in Syracuse back in August of 2010.

Neuman was arraigned Wednesday morning on a felony charge of bribing a witness. He has since been released on $10,000 bail.
