'Dingbat' is one of the crowd pleasing balloons at Jamesville Beach this year.
Friday was too windy, Saturday was pretty wet, but Sunday's turning out to be a perfect Balloonfest day at Jamesville Beach.
The live music is already underway, and the balloons will lift off one more time, Sunday at dusk---weather permitting.
