ONEIDA -- Police say they arrested Alan Blake, 50, on Wednesday after a search warrant was execucted at his home at 1720 Canal Road in Oneida.

The search warrant resulted as police were looking for a suspect related to the 24 indictments announced Tuesday across multiple counties in Central New York. Blake was not among the 24 indictments.

Police say they seized meth, marijuana, several long guns, and a .22 calibre handgun along with material and equipment used in the manufacturing of methamphetamine in Blake’s resident.

He was arraigned and committed to Madison County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.

Blake was charged with unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, criminal possession of methamphetamine manufacturing material, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Additional charges may be pending.
