Fulton man threatens victim with ninja knife

FULTON -- A Fulton man was arrested after he allegedly threatened another person with a ninja knife.

23-year-old Matthew R. Buchanan, of 55 Clifford Road, was arrested following a domestic dispute in the Town of Palermo.

Police say he allegedly threatened to slice the victim’s throat with what they’re calling a "ninja knife."

Buchanan was charged with menacing. He was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.
